Being a small company there are a plethora of opportunities to volunteer and try new roles and acquire new skillsets. It's a great environment for those who take the initiative.
The staff genuinely care about how you are doing, how your family is doing, and how your projects are going. They take time to get to know you. All of the managers I've had have valued the work I've done and are ready to share their business experience to help my development.
I appreciate the autonomy and trust to do the work assigned. If an urgent situation arises, which they always do. we are trusted to take care of those we love (even pets) and make up the time we owe to our clients later that day or shortly after.
Cons
Yahara serves transportation and life science companies. At times it is confusing, conflicting and competitive for internal resources.
