      Pros

      I really liked the people I was working with at Yangaroo. Everyone was super friendly. I had a couple of different job functions, so there was some really good opportunities to learn. Even though it can be busy at times, I don't recall ever being asked to stay late. There is flexibility in the work hours as well.

      Cons

      At times when things weren't busy, it could be a bit boring - but is that really a con? :-).

      Pros

      Being a public company the communication between employees and executives is refreshing. Benefits and salary are up to today's standards but the flexibility to work from home is excellent.

      New employee so none as of yet.

      My colleagues were very nice, the few that I had.

      Cons

      Poor management, lack of communication, so-so pay. I was eventually laid off with no notice or severance. Very insulting.
