Pros
I have never felt more cared about, respected, or appreciated. They are super committed to their people - it's obvious in the resources and support they provide. I had come from a retributive company culture, and found myself struggling to understand how genuine the people who work here truly are. They actually want you to have a work life balance. The health insurance is amazing. You definitely get the impression that they are committed to your future. They even had one of the VPs come to speak with us about upward mobility and they outlined the steps to promotion.
Cons
There is a pretty steep learning curve and a lot of information, but they do have realistic expectations of their teams. You have to start as hourly, this isn't necessarily bad especially because they will pay overtime. However, it's a strange adjustment if you're used to being on salary.
