Additionally, salary is only one component of your overall compensation, along with paying 100% of your health care premium, a FSA plan, 401k, profit sharing, bonuses when deserved, etc. We encourage you to talk to your supervisor to discuss more frequent performance reviews and opportunities to grow within your position.
