Was contracted out to Yardi Matrix and was with them for almost 3 years. I went above and beyond for them. Then one bad week and they terminated me. They did not take into consideration that I had performed well for a long time. In fact, I performed so well that I was invited into their monthly stratified team. I always meet my quota of 100 surveys in less than 15 hrs. During my last week, I noticed that a property had been listed as 'No Answer' for over a month. So I looked up the property, found the right number, called and completed the survey then notified QA of the number change, new property name and Management company. This was 'Above And Beyond.' I could have simply marked it as 'no answer' an moved on like the rest of the surveyors had done but I took the extra step. I would not work as aYardi Surveyor again because they do not appreciate all that you do or how long you've been with them. I would work for Partners Personnel. They were great.
