Pros

Yardi has a big market share in its niche. Therefore, your job is pretty secure Good benefits - Health insurance, profit share, PTO Overall low stress level (with most teams)

Cons

Not much room for advancement. Very difficult to get promoted, even for high performers that have been around for years. Day to day tasks can be pretty boring. Job is definitely oversold by recruiters/interviewers. Pay is not that high compared to other tech companies. Everyone I know that has left the company is making much more elsewhere Old technology and not much opportunity to develop technical skills Bugs and other issues are very slow to be fixed. Issues I noticed when I started still happened 2 years later.

We're glad you enjoyed your time in the Atlanta office. All company salaries are benchmarked against quantified Radford salary data and our wonderful benefits include 100% paid health care premiums for employees, a FSA plan, generous 401k profit sharing, paid parental leave, great discounts to a variety of places both near and far, and more. We also offer competitive time off (PTO/Vacation), paid holidays, and floating holidays throughout the year and believe in using this time for a positive work-life balance. We also offer a generous tuition reimbursement program to help you grow in your current role or future career path in the event you want to explore other opportunities. Work-life balance is an important aspect of our culture worldwide and encouraged. Best of luck in your future!

Pros

“Some team members are genuinely supportive and easy to collaborate with, though the overall experience can vary depending on the person.

Cons

Training has been the most inconsistent I’ve experienced in a corporate environment. Expectations are high, but the role itself changes frequently, often without clear communication or proper support. A recent reorganization shifted responsibilities and workloads, and it felt like it was used to delay or avoid well‑deserved raises and promotions across the team. Leadership has also increased micromanagement and plans to move toward a mandatory 2‑day in‑office schedule next year, which adds additional strain without improving collaboration.
