Cons
The Customer Service departments don't provide you with a chance to get promoted to a higher position since these are already taken by employees who have been there for quite some time. Transferring to another department is not very easy and once you're moved, you'll start with the beginner's wage. Other cons would be the lack of team building activities or trainings for such departments (other departments do benefit from such actions). The work schedule in Cluj is from evening to midnight.
