Pros
I am in the Atlanta office, and have had only positive experiences here. Training is ongoing and comprehensive, management overall offers constructive feedback, review periods are consistent, it's a diverse workplace, and coworkers are helpful in that they are encouraged by management, and open to, sharing their varying levels of experience to help peers.
The benefits are very good, including the flexibility in scheduling--another "perk" of working here. Also notable is the culture of support, caring, and a true push for all employees to maintain a "work-life balance"--those aren't buzzwords at Yardi. The corporate motto on their website pretty much speaks to the goals we strive for here.
Cons
There is such an overall positive energy at this place, I cannot think of any cons working at Yardi Systems.
