Pros
Events themselves are fun to host
Cons
Ever since this company changed a year ago it has been the worst company to work for. They are out for the bottom dollar, fast money at the expense of the customer and huge cuts to their licensees. No management or guidance, no morals or cares. Everyone that once was working at the head office as managers are gone. They lie with their claims trying to convince people its a great job, easy money....nope! With their cheap tickets, huge take (subtract 30% from a $20 ticket, then add cost of canvas etc. the prep for an event, hauling supplies...hours of computer work, setting up events, answering emails etc, social media-all unpaid! You only make a percentage of their cheap tickets!) Many of their business owners live pay to pay, You are buying supplies to work, work to buy the supplies. They will try to take what you can and got away with extra fees for a long time...charging us for their marketing and sales even though we had no say in anything the company does. Don't fall for it, they have prepared spiels and its all they are allowed to say. They change their policies to justify their taking and giving us less choice. It's not your own business, they creep you and micro manage petty nonsense. If you leave thy try to punish you, they even want you to give them supplies you bought 100% of. No benefits at all, they dodge all responsibility as a real employer. This company is the absolute worst, big guys at top collecting all the money like other companies that use ppl to get rich quick.
