Pros
Decent management for my first number of year although there was always an undertone at financial meetings that the employees were to blame for the company's problems and not being able to hit profit targets.
Cons
Not too long after I started I was encouraged to train junior members how to perfrom different aspects of my position and eventually my boss did fire me and give my job to someone I trained.
