Pros

Good exposure of brands overall work and clients.

Cons

Gets a bit hectic as it’s a agency with work life balance and clashing timeliness

Pros

People are nice and friendly. Exposure is great especially because of the clients they have.

Cons

A lot of micromanaging- constant hourly updates on your work. The only one hr that they have does a lot of favouritism and is very dismissive. Pay for junior roles is horrible and very very low. You will def be overworked with more clients than one can handle. Everything is pushed to be AI- generated including brand strategies. A lot of people are on notice period and the company is constantly hiring especially juniors. Theres no organisation or any kind of processes. I will would only rec joining if you're an intern, joining the branding team and you need experience working for big clients.

Pros

Talented, creative people. Some interesting client work if you can survive long enough to enjoy it.

Cons

- HR sets the tone, and the tone is not great. Concerns get dismissed, processes make no sense, and don't expect empathy when you actually need support. - No culture to speak of. Cramped space, no perks, no team activities. Fend-for-yourself energy, literally and figuratively. - Promotions feel personal, not professional. Hard to stay motivated when growth has nothing to do with your work. - Clients call the shots and management lets them. Last-minute everything, unrealistic deadlines, your mental health and personal life are collateral damage. The brands are cool though, for what it's worth.
