Pros
Open work culture, friendly work environment, seniors easily reachable, good work/life balance. Few parties in an year.
Cons
No increments from the last 2 years as company is incurring losses. Now I have heard that salaries too are coming late. Employees are leaving. Nothing special to learn. No outings or tours/trips.
