Pros

Hip clients, fun projects, flexible but demanding work environment. Be prepared to bring your A game, because that's what is expected - but you'll have a lot of fun along the way. No head-games here, everything is straight forward and transparent. The CEO is a straight shooter who doesn't like to play headgames and treats his employees as equals, which for me is a motivating factor.

Cons

Several office locations means that the company is decentralized, but that hasn't been a problem for me.

Pros

I consider myself very lucky to have worked at Yes Equals Yes. They take time to train and are very considerate of personal schedules. I was treated with respect as a professional during my time there. I've already recommended them more than once.

Cons

The only downside that I can think of is the time turnarounds. Sometimes there's a tight deadline that we have to meet.

Pros

Get to work on some fun projects with music artists. The people that work production are awesome and talented.

Cons

CEO doesn't really know much about production. He's really a salesperson and not a producer. He's a nice guy at first, but doesn't realize he treats staff unfairly. Actually, he doesn't have "staff" rather a group of freelancers mostly.
