Work environment is great in the office, everyone works as a team to get the job done. Being employed here has a very personal feel with the job that you don't see with larger corporations. The owners focus on promoting from within so there is a lot of opportunity with this company.

No complaints that come to mind.

None they will always make you feel guilty

No vacation time allowed during the holidays, mediocre benefits, no direction in upper management, low salaried positions frequently work well above 40 hours, employees taken advantage of, owners are money hungry and don’t care about employees. They claim a “family” atmosphere turnover is high in the office & with install crews. Rules are different for everyone. They treat people like hell & fire at will. They promote people by giving them new job titles when somebody quits or gets fired with no raises. Raises are few after 90 days. No real career growth.
