We’re glad to hear that you appreciate working with your fellow employees. We understand your concerns about the increased workload, lack of training, and frequent schedule changes. These issues, along with turnover, low morale, inefficiencies, and poor insurance, are important to us. It’s also worth noting that the Maryland contract, which has recently transitioned to another company, was tied to state requirements, which limited our ability to make certain changes during that period.
