      One does have a continuous learning phase, leading to continuous growth. The management level people as well as colleagues are all friendly with nice support when in problems.

      Cons

      Sometimes the work-load crosses the time limit and one may end up working a few hours more. The deadlines make work hectic. Well, that is the case for every IT company out there.
