Pros
Training is 8+ weeks - they give you time to learn the foundational skills in order for you to succeed. A truly supportive environment with an emphasis on individual growth! (People with no Python or SQL experience can come in and up-skill) Pay is good for NYC and great for remote work. Fast growing company so bonuses are strong as well.
Cons
Not really any - only thing is that growth is so rapid it can be hard to build community as teams are constantly changing
