      Pros

      Yogurt Mill is very flexible with your school schedule. The customers are also relatively nice. It's very easy to move up in position if you're motivated and willing to learn.

      Cons

      Some nights are extremely busy and despite this, higher management looks to cut back labor for profit even if the team is struggling. Some of the drama in upper management also feels like high-school drama, immature and unreasonable.

      Easy and simple job to do. Friendly environment. Close to home.

      Cons

      Really old building with poor insulation and it gets hot in the summer.

      They’ll promise you hours and decent pay Some people are nice but most stores are just full of drama and gossip, higher ups won’t step in to help either

      Cons

      They cut hours during slow season They also cut everyone’s pay in the new year There’s a lot of favoritism so good luck advancing
