More opportunities to learn within the outdated technology & process. Japanese management is better than local management.
Cons
Hire & Fire (even didn't considered Long term service (9-10yrs) to the company). Out dated process & technology. No career growth. Work pressure, No Work-Life balance. Full of Dirty politics. Very slow process in decision making by the management. Pay is not according to the Industry standard
