A wide variety of people to work with. Schedules can be flexible if you get in with the right boss.

Senior Management. Almost all of them are horrible. If you get on one supervisor's bad side, your working life will be hell. Almost no room for advancement. If you get one of the many bad supervisors, work schedules can't be alternately arranged. Lunch breaks are very monitored. "Favorite" employees are treated MUCH better than the rest. One upper manager has no backbone and lets his supervisors walk all over their subordinates. Most clerical are very catty, seem to have high school like drama.
