The Cadillac! Thank you. I understand your comments (and those of others) on the subject of micro management. We have made adjustments to accommodate that someone's pace may not as quick as others, and their productivity is also good. Considering that most of our staff have been here for over five years, most of them do not feel they are micro managed. We dial one click at a time. We do not use predictive or power dialing as many call centers do.
