      Pros

      Flexible working AKA doing as little as possible and getting paid for it You can get away with doing nothing

      Cons

      Its a business run by men predominantly and by people who stay because they dont have talent to take anywhere Its very cliquey and new people are not easily accepted. If you want to join a company and have a really hard time and possibly be bullied - then go here Management have no management or leadership skills

      Pros

      The benefits from company are good such as pay, sick pay, pension and maternity.

      Cons

      The micro managing is horrendous. Leaders and managers judge you and don’t do anything. Honestly no wonder high turnover and high sickness. Also progression quite difficult maybe in customer department others might be better. And also HE don’t allow you to move within unless you work for 2 years in that role even if it mentally bad for you. If not working in YW is not bad other departments are better.
