Start up with many growing pains - Sales You First Services Employee Review

Very disorganized at first. Started to hire more employees to assist with the marketing efforts. The company is owned by anonymous investors. Very backward culturally. Upper management is not comfortable working with strong, capable women. Being in sales, I had to be a strong, confident and motivated. Unfortunately that was not appreciated. If you are a man you would do well there as long as you keep your eyes to the ground and don't interact with upper management or board members. To them, Anyone without the letters MD after their name are not taken seriously or worth acknowledging.
