      Pros

      I truly enjoyed my time at YouCanBookMe. The team was fantastic. It sometimes felt like hanging with good friends who support each other and help each other grow. Work-life balance was encouraged, there was flexibility and I highly appreciated that. The company offered a great salary, benefits, yearly trips, and even profit share. The CEO cared about the team's well-being, growth opportunities, and their success in the role. I decided to walk away to take a bet on myself, but I'll always be a fan of YouCanBookMe!

      Cons

      When I started, there were moments when it wasn't super clear where we heading or how the teams would align on the goals. But this is something that was discussed and we implemented a way to keep teams aligned and focused.

      Pros

      The company is intentionally small which means everyone knows each other and can hold each other accountable for the outcomes we expect to achieve. The work doesn't feel like work. It is doing what needs to get done to service the Customer every day, with a REAL smile, and an overall joy to be a part of something so incredibly special.

      Cons

      I'd love to see more company wide virtual get togethers. This can be a challenge with us being an international group but definitely worth it!

      Pros

      Dedicated employees around the world building something great. Amazing benefits, unlimited time off, company retreats to exotic locations.

      Cons

      Hard to find cons. Small team so feature releases can take some time, but that will change with growing the team.
