Pros
Great career growth if you seek it out. I asked for more responsibility and received it without hesitation. Compensation is competitive, the challenges are genuinely engaging, and the product team enjoys a strong level of trust from leadership. Leadership is open to feedback.
Cons
Culture can feel a bit sterile. Everyone is friendly, but being fully remote means I barely know who works at the company outside of my immediate team. There's little shared lore or sense of fun — it's a professional environment, but not a particularly vibrant one.
