Pros

Working with the patients and their families.

Cons

Everything thing else. Literally. Paychecks were late to get posted weeks ago. Since then excuses is all you get when paychecks are not what they are supposed to be. Excuses made of why bonuses can't be paid as promised. Deductions from paychecks that can't get resolved because management does not take responsibility. They charge patients for specialty services that take less than 5 minutes. The specialty services for the most part are not quality. Company focuses on quantity, not quality. Somebody is getting paid but it is not the employee. The position leaves you feeling like a used car salesman ( no offense to the car salesman) trying to sell the need of a service to a patient who doesn't need it - all in the name of billing. The atmosphere is very penalizing.

Pros

Collaborative and mission-focused organization that truly prioritizes proactive patient care. Leadership is supportive, accessible, and invested in employee growth and development. There are clear opportunities to make an impact, contribute ideas, and grow professionally. Teams communicate well across departments, and there is a strong culture of accountability balanced with empathy and mutual respect. The organization is continuously evolving and open to feedback, which creates meaningful opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Cons

As a growing organization, processes continue to evolve, which can require adaptability and flexibility. Growth brings change, but leadership is intentional about improving systems and supporting teams through transitions.

Pros

The people who are there for the right reasons.

Cons

The never-ending “changes”, unqualified leadership, and the people who succeed do so because they don’t ask questions, and do what the “owner” says. It’s the worst-run organization I have ever encountered. HR is an absolute joke.
