Pros
Good people and managers to work with. Very accommodating with hours, and management is willing to work around schedules (especially for people in school). They give all their employees a meal every day, which is a nice thing to do. Plus, employees are welcome to coffee, a fountain drink, etc. while they are working. It’s a good restaurant to work at.
Cons
Sometimes the restaurant gets overwhelmed with a rush and servers may have to help in other ways than strictly serving food. This is fine, but it can be stressful at times. Earnings are not always consistent as a server, but that is like everywhere. Some days will be good, some not as good.
