      Great group of people to work with Management team is very supportive Excellent environment to grow professionally Work/life balance very good Excellent benefits -- top healthcare plans, healthclub reimbursement, lunch allowance

      Cons

      Being a smaller organization, there are crunch periods when things need to get done and it can translate to longer workdays. This is temporary though, does not occur on a frequent basis

      Pros

      I had an excellent experience working at Yukon Partners. The job really taught me how to think like a private equity investor and I was able to see the inner workings of completing deals.

      None at all the firm is a great place to work
