Pros

CEO and Founder brought the business. VC invested and customers paying for services. CEO has made an impact in growing the business.

Cons

My experience at has been marred by a toxic culture within the Engineering department. While the Founder and CEO emphasized the importance of integrity, the CTO has taken a negative approach, fostering a culture of exclusion. The concept of "integrity" has been misused and applied to every aspect, creating an environment where exclusion and persecution prevail. It seems that the team takes advantage of the subjective nature of "knowledge" to undermine and persecute others based on their choice of words. Furthermore, the company has a concerning practice of ghosting interviews. Hence no growth in Engineering.

Pros

- Seasoned leadership team with a deep breadth of experience in the Tech space - Strong engineering team that preaches a culture of understanding the customer and their needs - Welcoming environment that encourages everyone to share their ideas and apply creativity to solve problems and grow the company culture.

Cons

- Fast-paced environment may not be suitable for those not familiar with working in AI / small startups - Depending on where you are located, the remote work culture will require individuals with experience working across different time zones and strong communication through digital platforms (e.g. Slack)
