Pros
You're paid above market value, you work with some great people, there are sometimes company outings, and you are given great benefits.
Cons
The HR team here is the worst and the way they operate is very shady. I was recently laid off and you are not given any advanced notice of your layoff but are terminated the same day you find out about it. I would run from this terminal and work for a better one because these people have no regard for you once you're gone. The morale is very low here and anyone could be on the chopping block next.
