Friendly co workers. Small private company means lots of parking due to few employees. Learning different kind of products.

Lack of training materials such as SOP handbooks. Few employees means you do multi tasking. Management keeps pushing the employees to deliver the shipment every week. Friday is the deadline. No work / life balance
