Above-average wages, great benefits and working condition, very sensible management and amazing colleagues.

Can't think of anything important, haven't worked in more comfortable conditions.

The pay is above average for the industry, the projects are interesting and innovative, and the people are amazing and come from varied backgrounds bringing lots of diverse experience. Upper management is responsive and quick to take and implement feedback on company policies.

Some growing pains as the studio grows larger but really nothing to complain about.
