I would like to clarify one point regarding compensation: our salary structure is based on standardized pay bands determined by role duties and responsibilities, not geographical location. We completed a comprehensive salary study in April of this year to ensure fairness and equity across our organization, coinciding with our annual performance review and promotion cycle.. That said, we understand compensation is deeply personal, and if you have specific concerns, our HR team is always available to discuss your individual circumstances with you.
Certain teams have busy seasons where demands increase, and we work to balance those intensive periods with recovery time throughout the year. We're proud to offer generous time off because we truly believe everyone does their best work when they have time for themselves, their friends, and their families.
