      Pros

      The pay and the benefits are equally great and the company as whole is a good company to be a part of. They company really shows appreciation to the employees by rewarding with the Holiday parties, picnics, gift certificates @ thanksgiving, birthday reconition etc.

      Cons

      I don't see any at this time. I think the company is way to generous when it comes to providing certain things for the upper management. I think some things will eventually hurt the company in the long run.

      Pros

      Employees are very understanding of new hires and do their best to help. HR helps a lot with the intern program, and it is very helpful.

      Cons

      Early on it takes a couple days to receive access to all applications. I understand that it is hard to have that all ready, but it would be helpful.

      Pros

      Stable company that is easy to manage. Work life balance is great

      Cons

      Management through and through. Working in the US for an Israeli company is not like working for a US company. Simple as that. Pay is poor Micromanagement and reporting Old school in the worst ways
