Pros
Zim is what I would refer as an "old fashioned" company to mean they hold important keeping policies that their employees may benefit greatly from. When job and or life happenings arise ZIM rises to meet individual needs unlike any other company I have worked for. I'm happy to be here.
Cons
I have found in my work experiences that there can and will be issues at any and all work places because we are all human. It is how these issues are overcome that makes the difference. Zim goes the extra mile to manage see that matters are corrected promptly.
