      Pros

      I couldn’t find any good reasons for working with ZIM DELHI after joining the organisation. No other organisation blocks there employees after office hours without any work.

      Cons

      People here are very disrespectful and will block you after office hours when there is no work. They don’t respect your time, energy or anything else. People doesn’t have a sense to talk or work and use abusive language while speaking. Worst experience ever.

      Pros

      Employees are very understanding of new hires and do their best to help. HR helps a lot with the intern program, and it is very helpful.

      Cons

      Early on it takes a couple days to receive access to all applications. I understand that it is hard to have that all ready, but it would be helpful.

      Pros

      Stable company that is easy to manage. Work life balance is great

      Cons

      Management through and through. Working in the US for an Israeli company is not like working for a US company. Simple as that. Pay is poor Micromanagement and reporting Old school in the worst ways
