Pros
The culture at Zim is that of flexibility, employee consideration, support and encouragement to be the best you can be. These efforts are not lost on management at Zim, t hey are recognized and often rewarded. They are generous with PTO and sick days. There are means to earn Health Insurance Premium Discounts, that not only save you money, but will improve your health and well being.
Cons
I can only say that some of the operating systems do not always provide for the easiest way to enter data. We are in Intermodal transportation, we have to have a system flexible enough to allow for the unexpected. I will say Zim are always working on their systems to help improve the ease of doing this task.
