      The company values and recognizes hard work, which creates a motivating environment. Flexible working hours offer a great work-life balance. There's also a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration, making it easy to feel supported and connected. Great benefits.

      Cons

      There is room for improvement in cross-departmental collaboration. The work can be stressful at times. While the company is making progress in adopting modern tools and technologies, there’s still some way to go. I would also value more structured mentorship or guidance to help me explore growth opportunities and better understand my potential career path within the company

      Pros

      Employees are very understanding of new hires and do their best to help. HR helps a lot with the intern program, and it is very helpful.

      Cons

      Early on it takes a couple days to receive access to all applications. I understand that it is hard to have that all ready, but it would be helpful.

      Stable company that is easy to manage. Work life balance is great

      Cons

      Management through and through. Working in the US for an Israeli company is not like working for a US company. Simple as that. Pay is poor Micromanagement and reporting Old school in the worst ways
