This company should be closed. Managers are really rude people, a kind of 'mafia' with absolutely no idea of management. They take care about nothing but smiling at the cameras. No salary review until you say you leave to another conpany. No team building at all. The most stupid: Also you can't properly eat at the kitchen because there is no microwave, indeed you can't have lunch if some VIP is at the office. You have to remain at your sit until the visit leaves.
