As long as you keep your head down at the non-leadership levels and don't try to improve things then the place is fine.
Cons
Get on the wrong side of senior management will lead to your role becoming toxic. If you suggest improvements you will be shot down then, a few months later, those ideas will become part of management's exciting new plan to revive the company. Every three years the company goes through redundancies due to financing problems.
