Great, but such low pay - English Editor ZOO Digital Group Employee Review

Thank you for your review. We’re so glad to hear about your positive experiences during your time at ZOO as we continually work hard to provide a great company culture and working environments for our employees. Our FY23 was a record period of growth and financial performance during which we were able to pay bonuses to staff right across the business. However, what followed was a challenging time for the industry as a whole. This has had a significant impact on the company, leading to temporary (but prolonged) reduced levels of work which obviously and inevitably has adversely affected staff morale. We will continue to look at ways to increase morale across the business through this difficult time for our industry. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to review and work on our compensation packages for our employees.
