1. No job security, they terminate people on a whim before providing a performance review or actionable feedback. 2. Horrible work life balance, a lot of the employees are very overworked and pressured into working overtime and weekends. 3. Unlimited PTO, but they will guilt trip you into not taking it. 4. Extremely disorganized, meetings don't have agendas and occur all throughout the day and into the late evening. 5. Unrealistic deadlines, such as get this done in 2 weeks even though the work hasn't been scoped out and estimated yet.
