I was promoted quickly by my own motivation and their permission. Gained massive international work experience. Created an amazing professional reputation in the CAD/CAM, Design, RP & Manufacturing industries. Creating pro & personal relationships of longevity with business partners that are almost all entrepreneurial, around the world and in the greatest cities of our great country, USA. Learned how to deal with and sever office politics as they are counter-productive. Headquarters was sociably comparable to a big family. Great PTO program. Great HSA program. Able to voice marketing & software development concerns directly to the President of the corporation. Grateful the VP trained me "too well." Easy to be proud of our product. Proud of my co-workers. Enjoyed the trade show exhibiting as much as the on-site customer visits as demo jock and sales engineer positions I maintained simultaneously.

The pay difference between genders for same position, talent, education are alarming. Development was prohibited from creating lathe, which would have quadrupled sales. Company was sold in 2009, now known as ZW CAD, they are unfortunately not doing well as they laid off all sales staff in the USA and no longer have a successful roadmap for recovery in the US or European markets.

Great exposure to related technical environment with professional internal technical support for frontend sales

Poor salary increment with unclear and not transparent employment contract.
