Pros

Skilled and dedicated colleagues who genuinely care about their work Remote work

Cons

Unfortunately, the company has been going downhill in recent years, and the main reasons seem to be rooted in leadership and organizational decision-making. For the last 2 years, employee satisfaction scores have been consistently dropping, yet senior management failed to address the trend or investigate the root causes. This neglect directly contributed to a continued loss of engagement, motivation, and overall trust in the company’s direction. There was little recognition of the obvious link between declining employee engagement and the simultaneous drop in customer satisfaction. This connection should have been a major warning sign, but it was repeatedly overlooked. Many members of the senior management team would benefit significantly from leadership and communication training. Decisions were too often reactive rather than strategic, and transparency remained limited.

Pros

- Great engineering team — talented, friendly, and supportive colleagues - The company adopts modern tools, including AI solutions like Claude Code, which helped improve productivity and learning speed

Cons

- After AI tools were introduced, management started enforcing more detailed external control: mandatory bi-weekly “1-1 reports” listing every task, PR, and code review - Engineers were also required to join bi-weekly presentations with the CTO and CEO to justify the team’s work - Very limited flexibility with working hours, even for valid personal or medical reasons, despite no fixed schedule being specified in the contract - My contract was terminated immediately after I asked to move the meeting to a more suitable time (while still offering to attend if required). Access was revoked the same day - Later I was asked to provide a detailed half-day report for the past two months to get paid for my last worked days — which became impossible without system access. As a result, the company didn’t pay for my final days
