Pros
Coworkers are nice to work with. CEO's a chill guy and was always friendly
Cons
Training is non-existent, job descriptions are incorrect, interview process is misleading and does not accurately portray desired knowledge or experience on both sides. Company is structured and managed as though it once heard of the idea of a successful company mentioned in passing and figured that they could just vibe through the specifics. Severely out-of-touch leadership holds a stated belief that any "computer issue" a client reports can and should always go from the initial client report, through triage and escalation, through engineering and prioritization, through implemented and tested bug fixes, and through release and verification, within an hour.
