Pros
Co workers are super fun. As cashiers we don't have super crazy hours like 5am shifts always pretty consistent shifts anything between 9-6 to 1:30-10:30. The pay is okay for retail.
Cons
Not much room for promotions, like they promised. Management does not make you feel valuable. I've committed a lot of my time and effort to them and have sacrificed family time and that all seems to go unnoticed. They seem like they are always trying find something wrong with you. Management kind of picks and chooses who they want to imply rules on. No work/life balance. They will overwork you.
