Pros

The kids and hours

Cons

Received a phone call after hours from the CEO Mark he then goes on to come at me claiming the he cannot have an insubordinate employee working for him who refuses to call him back because of me not liking him he then yells that he doesn’t even care that I don’t like him and then goes on to say how he doesn’t care what I want and that it’s his company and that I should’ve remembered to call him before closing out the house (cleaning) and doing my duties as a floater that day (driving around) *you cant use a phone while driving* I shared with him that I havent had any complaints for a year and half from any supervisor, staff, or child and that I’m there for the kids and asked him to hear my side of the story he then goes on and said that me not making it a first priority to call him back was my mistake and that he will be mailing my last check to my address

Pros

They provide snacks for the employees.

Cons

Zarepath is not a good company to work for. As a former employee I loved working for the company and helping kids. The company could not keep up servicing the amount of clients per case load leading to constant bad service. Everyday felt like I was putting out a fire and employees were constantly leaving. The workplace and management was very toxic and you think everyone was nice and trustworthy but then you would find out they would talk behind your back and they weren't the people you thought they were. I wish I had good things to say but maybe if I had a better experience then I would....
