Work experience - Wordpress Developer Zauca Employee Review

The most significant issue I faced was the delayed and unjust withholding of my salary when I left the company. It is the fundamental right of any employee to receive their salary promptly, but Zauca failed miserably in this regard. Despite my repeated inquiries and constant follow-ups, they continuously brushed me off with empty promises. Every single day, they would tell me that my salary would be credited "tomorrow," but they never fulfilled their commitment.

I had the unfortunate experience of working for Zauca Consultancy Service, and I must say it was one of the worst professional experiences I've ever had. I feel compelled to share my negative review to help others avoid the same ordeal.

Employees are very helpful & Nice atmosphere to work.

Every designers & developers need to contact with the clients. Technical team don't work properly,they are very lazy by nature. For this reason clients often give pressure & abuses to the designers. CTO doesn't give insentives to the employees properly. But, he cuts the money from the basic salary if they don't achieve the given target. Besides, they take an amount from the basic salary for PF, but nobody knows the PF number. Employees don't get a single penny for the PF. We need 4-5 days atleast for making a website. But executives give us enormus pressure to make a website within 1-2days. Because they also need to achieve their target & tells the client that we'll deliver the website within 2days. Unfortunately, when we get a new website order, we are already in middle of designing a website, & clients are in a rush. That's why we need to give 12 working hours,while working from home. This is really very bad.
