I worked for more than 5+ years and unfortunately i got terminated that was my fault..But these management didn't give gratuity saying that as I'm terminated Grautity wont be given as its ZeOmega policy..First management has to read Labour law, Soon i will be filing case againt zeomega for not paying Gratuity as per Labour Act 1971 Penal code 378.or HR is 1 heck and dont understand even a single problem of employees..Won't pay salary during maternity leave.
