Pros
Complete strangers who survive disasters are brought together and might become lifelong friends. That's sort of what working at Zeekee is like. You will bond and make some of the best friends of your life because you faced down an absolute evil that might possibly have consumed your soul. All kidding aside, working at Zeekee is terrible and there are no pros except the non-management staff people who work the trenches with you, ducking the toxic words and attitude of anyone in charge. You get free tickets and other products related to what the clients do. But that's mostly because some of the projects are paid for "in trade." The employees are genuine people who really care about their work. It's not their fault they have to accept projects from anyone with a little money to spend or product to trade.
Cons
The terrible work environment and negativity can be traced to one or two of the people in management that has infected everyone else in any role of authority. It's like a corrupting force that spreads to people who would normally be very nice (I've run into a manager since my time there who started work at a different company and I thought he was a completely different person because he didn't seem like the harsh man I had to deal with). Zeekee management has zero ethics when it comes to the work they do, and they force their staff to do the same.
